We just received notification from our chip supplier, It has been found that HP has upgrade their new Samsung SL-M2085 shipped in March 2022, resulting in the applicable replacement chips being unrecognized and the printer reported "Cartridge Problem". The HP W2080 series which uses the same technology might be upgraded soon. We are working on this issue and will resume delivery soon.
