使用兄弟LC3219,LC3619系列兼容墨盒时，需要注意的三个问题

LC3219,LC3619系列墨盒所适用的打印机，不像其他常用的打印机那样，墨盒是装在打印机里面并跟打印头一起移动的。这种打印机的打印头是固定在打印机里面的。墨盒和打印头之间是通过很长的管道连接在一起的。在使用墨盒的时候，我们需要注意以下三点来避免出现打印问题：

The printers using brother LC3219,LC3619 series are different with other common inkjet printers, the print head is fixed on the printer and there is a long pipe connecting the print head and ink cartridges. When using the ink cartridges, we need to pay attention to the following points to avoid printing problems:  

第一点：

在安装墨盒前，需要把墨盒上的黄色尾标撕掉，撕掉尾标的时候还要注意是否有薄膜残留在进气口。 如果没撕掉尾标或有薄膜残留上面，进气孔会被堵住，会导致墨水抽不进打印机，打印出现缺失墨水的问题。

 如果安装墨盒以后发现没有撕掉黄色尾标，当取出墨盒并撕掉尾标 再重新把墨盒装回打印机时，也可能导致打印问题。因为墨盒没撕掉尾标装进打印机后，墨盒内会产生负压，当取出墨盒时，空气会先从出墨口进去，会导致有气体在出墨口，空气被抽进管道，导致打印问题。

Point 1: 

Before installing the ink cartridge, It is necessary to tear off the yellow label on the ink cartridge, and pay attention to whether there is any film remaining on the air inlet when tearing off the label. If the label is not torn off or there is any film remaining on it, the air inlet will be blocked, which will cause the ink can't be drawn into the printer, and then it will cause the printing problem.

If you find the yellow tail label is not torn off after installing the ink cartridge, when you take out the ink cartridge to tear off the yellow label and then reinstall the ink cartridge into the printer, it may also cause printing problems. Because the ink cartridge is installed into the printer without tearing off the yellow label, negative pressure will be generated in the ink cartridge. When the ink cartridge is reinstalled, air will enter into the ink outlet at first, which will cause air to be drawn into the pipe, causing printing problems . 

第二点：

如果墨盒被频繁地取出来装进去，有可能会影响到嘴部胶圈的密封性，然后里面会有一些墨水漏出来或者有一些空气混进打印头，导致打印不良的问题。

Point 2：

If the ink cartridges are frequently taken out and installed, it may affect the sealability of the rubber ring at the mouth, and then some ink will leak out or some air will enter the print head, which will cause printing problem.

第三点：

如果客户之前用的是颜料墨水的墨盒，换用染料墨水墨盒的时候，如果在打印头，管道里有残留的颜料墨水，装入一个染料墨水墨盒进去后，颜料墨水跟染料墨水还是有可能会产生反应，然后产生一些结晶堵住打印头的，也会导致打印问题。

Point 3：

If the customer used a pigment ink cartridge before, when changing to a dye ink cartridge, if there is unused pigment ink left in the print head or pipeline, after inserting a dye ink cartridge, Pigment ink and dye ink may have a chemical reaction resulting in crystallization，and then some crystals might block the print head, which can also cause printing problems.
