We found that HP released new firmwares 2309B to the printers using 95X series ink cartridges via Wifi since April 6,2023. The new firmware will cause an error "Non-HP Chip Detected" after the printer upgrade. However, it has no impact on our current shipping products.

CH953XL,957XL Series
CH954XL,958XL Series
CH955XL,959XL Series

3. Customers should inform end-users not to manually upgrade firmware from the official website and disable the HP Automatic Update to minimize the upgrade risk.
