We received notice from our chip supplier, since the end of April, HP has released new firmware for the printers using ink cartridge 903,953,913,973 series and toner cartridge CF258,CF259,CF415,CF416 series, so that the involved replacement products will be greatly influenced. Following this upgrade, some printers might show an error message stating “Non-HP Chip Detected.
