We got notification from our chip supplier, it's said that HP just released new firmware version 002.2428A through its official website and WIFI since 27 Aug,2024, specifically for printers installed with CF259,CF415(W2030) Series toner catridges. If the printer follow this upgrade, the invovled compatible toner cartridges may not recognized. So far as I know, the related compatible cartridges produced before 20 June,2024 will be influenced by this new firmware. For your reference, please check the involved model list as below:

To avoid any problem or loss caused by the firmware upgrade, please check if you have the invovled products at stock. Meanwhile we are alwaying highly advise all our customers to send warnings to end-users not to manually update their printer firmware and disable HP Automatic Update so as to reduce the problem risks. If you encounter instances ,please promptly let me know for our solution about OEM upgrades.
