Before installing the ink cartridge, It is necessary to tear off the yellow label on the ink cartridge, and pay attention to whether there is any film remaining on the air inlet when tearing off the label. If the label is not torn off or there is any film remaining on it, the air inlet will be blocked, which will cause the ink can't be drawn into the printer, and then it will cause the printing problem.
If you find the yellow tail label is not torn off after installing the ink cartridge, when you take out the ink cartridge to tear off the yellow label and then reinstall the ink cartridge into the printer, it may also cause printing problems. Because the ink cartridge is installed into the printer without tearing off the yellow label, negative pressure will be generated in the ink cartridge. When the ink cartridge is reinstalled, air will enter into the ink outlet at first, which will cause air to be drawn into the pipe, causing printing problems .
If the ink cartridges are frequently taken out and installed, it may affect the sealability of the rubber ring at the mouth, and then some ink will leak out or some air will enter the print head, which will cause printing problem.
If the customer used a pigment ink cartridge before, when changing to a dye ink cartridge, if there is unused pigment ink left in the print head or pipeline, after inserting a dye ink cartridge, Pigment ink and dye ink may have a chemical reaction resulting in crystallization，and then some crystals might block the print head, which can also cause printing problems.
